Sistah2Sistah peer educators are young women of color ages 13 to 24 from diverse backgrounds. Located throughout the United States, we are trained to point you to great resources to help you with sexual and reproductive health concerns and other issues that are important in the dynamic lives of young women of color.

Omega !Saludos! I am a fun loving person and I enjoy meeting new people and going new places. I have been up and down the East coast of the United States, out West, and to South Africa. I am currenty graduate school for social work. I believe that my life's purpose is to aid others and, to do so, I work to educate myself about peoples and cultures so that I can relate to diverse groups.

I have been working in the sexual health field for almost five years, and I enjoy every minute of it—from giving presentations about the connection of self-image to sexual behavior to sitting down with my fellow "Sistahs" to plan how to improve Advocates For Youth! Working in my community has taught me how important it is that young people have the resources and knowledge they need to lead healthy and productive lives.

I know the pressures that females face as we mature and the complications that can occur in being a minority. I want you to know that you don't have to face your problems alone; I know from personal experience how it feels to carry the load alone. I know that it can be difficult to know where to turn when you face major life issues, but I’m here for you, to help you to find answers and to provide you with support.
